• I have a great work experience with well-renowned and well-reputed companies, organizations and NGOES at the national & international levels for the past 15 years and worked in different positions and posts according to my abilities. I have a great ability to deal with customers and help them to decide better decision about their future plans in the field of consultancy and offers solutions to their problems regarding immigration. Reassured customers under standard work and regulatory system. I oversee the training of existing and new staff and make them better use professionally and boost their confidence to work in a free atmosphere. I started my 2^nd job in The Hub Coffee Shop KL Malaysia as a manager and serve the cafe with my best abilities and maintain the customers and environment of the cafe for two years.

Finding the best opportunity, according to my abilities and qualifications I worked as a Front Office Manager at Grand Hayat Dubai and performed the following Duties:

• Supervise and support office staff and Schedule shifts
• Ensure timely and accurate customer service, Handle complaints and specific customers’ requests
• Monitor stock and order office supplies, ensure the company’s policies and security requirements are met

Creating guest’s database, handling guest accounts, and settling guest payments at the time of check-out.

• Coordinating guest services, ensuring guests’ satisfaction, checking accommodation availability and assigning it to the guest.

With great interest in literature and linguistics, I am proud to say that I have played an important role in the field of literature and worked as an editor of SANGI (Rgd) magazine and served the Parala Organization as the Managing Director that works for the promotion and development of Pothwari Language under the supervision of Preston College and University of Lancashire Manchester UK and perform the following tasks:

• Worked for the survival of the Pothwari Language and highlights the importance of the mother tongue and played an important role to create the alphabet and grammar for this language.
• Collecting Databases and research related to Potowar and arranging festivals.

• Provide strategic advice to the board and Chairperson and oversee the company’s financial performance, investments and other business ventures
• Supervise the work of executives providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance
• Ensure a positive work environment, performance appraisal, training and professional development activities
• Reward performance, prevent issues and resolve problems and execute public speaking, and representational appearances in a professional manner
• Generate story ideas for writing stuff, approve content, appearance and layout of featured articles, and oversee photography, design and artwork to be used in the publication.

I worked for two years as a Manager in Dawlance Ware House Faisalabad and provided management solutions and raise the company’s strength high by providing the services of management.

• Ensure branch collection targets for all products and Visit Dealers with ASM to meet monthly targets and collections
• Track ASM performance on Daily Dealer’s activation through Sales Performance and guide them to meet the daily targets.
• Study Performance Dashboard and visit dealers with specific objectives
• Ensure all ASMs should have sufficient Product knowledge, sales and communication skills.
• Develop dealer-wise SKU targets and set strategies to meet them.
• Ensure motivation, commitment and Happiness at the ASM level.
• Take regular feedback on competitors’ activities and send it to the central desk in consultation with RSM on a monthly basis

• Meet own KPIs and ensure KPI and benchmark- plus incentive achievement at ASM level.

In the spirit to oblige the country and nation, I have performed important duties as a Health and Operation Director and managed the ambulances in Pakistan. I serve the Health Department voluntarily during the 2011 Flood in Pakistan and arrange medical camps at different locations to provide medical facilities to needy people. It is a great honour for me.
